October 20, 2023, New South Wales, Australia - Ansell is pleased to announce it has been selected as the “Sustainability Partner of The Year” by Blackwoods at the 2023 Blackwoods Supplier Awards. Blackwoods is an Ansell distributor and Australia’s leading provider of industrial and safety supplies.

The 2023 Blackwoods Supplier Awards was held at Doltone House, New South Wales on the 19th October in conjunction with a thank you lunch to celebrate and acknowledge the ongoing partnership between Blackwoods and its suppliers.

This year, Blackwoods introduced the “Sustainability Partner of The Year” category to recognise a partner who has demonstrated results in delivering a new generation of products and business practices to create a more sustainable future.

“We are extremely honoured to have been selected for this award,” said Tristan Beranger, Head of Sales ANZ at Ansell. “We look forward to continue supporting Blackwoods in its ethical sourcing agenda and help our customers achieve their sustainable goals.”

Ansell was selected based on its recyclable product content, end-to-end product lifecycle, recyclable packaging and waste reduction, and community partnership with a focus on Indigenous products and organisations. Other finalists for this award included Lanotec, Energizer, Ochre Sun and Kimberly-Clark.
